Terms and Conditions: Buy & Fly Campaign:

Offer Period: 1st February 2024 to 31st August 2024.

  1. Eligibility Criteria:
    • The "Buy & Fly" Contest is open to individuals who purchase Burgman Street 125 or Burgman Street EX scooter within the specified offer period.
    • Only entries meeting the eligibility criteria outlined below will qualify for the lucky draw.
    • Customer must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
    • Customer should provide the correct details and should complete the registration form accurately.
    • Customer should have an Instagram or Facebook profile and provide the details in the registration form. The customer’s Instagram or Facebook account should be set to public and not private or locked during this contest. Post result announcement, customer can set the account to private or locked.
    • Customer must possess a valid passport & driving license with validity extending beyond December 2024.
    • Customer is required to post an image with the purchased scooter on social media with write-up on “My Burgman is special because ……..” using the hashtag #BurgmanBuyandFly and share the post link in the registration form. The post should be publicly visible until the winners are announced.
    • Company employees, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
    • If the customer has booked the vehicle but the delivery of vehicle is after the contest period, then that customer will not be eligible for contest.
    • Vehicle purchased on cash, loan, exchange will be eligible.
  2. How to Enter:
    • Purchase a Burgman Street or Burgman Street EX within the offer period.
    • Click the photograph with new scooter (with/without photo booth) and post it on your Facebook or Instagram account.
    • In caption describe “My Burgman is special because……….”
    • Tag @Suzuki2Wheelers and use #BurgmanBuyandFly
    • Follow Suzuki Motorcycle Instagram or Facebook handle.
    • Register for the Buy & Fly contest and provide complete details in the registration form through dealership to qualify for the lucky draw.
  3. Lucky Draw and Winner Selection:
    • Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw from eligible entries.
    • Date of winner announcement will be published on social media.
  4. Prize Details:
    • The prize includes a trip to Milan for the 5 lucky winners.
    • The company reserves the right to determine the travel dates at its discretion.
  5. Privacy and Data Protection:
    • Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and announcing the winners.
    • The information (particularly PII - “Personal Identifiable Information”) fetched from Participants will be from their free wilful consent and Participants also have right to revoke this consent by providing written notice to company. The Company is responsible for ensuring that the participants are informed about the potential use of their information. The Participants acknowledges their awareness of how their information will be used and the Company commits to complying with applicable privacy laws. The Participant grants the Company the right to use their name, image, likeness, and any materials created during the Contest for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation on any desired platform used by the company.
  6. Disqualification Criteria:
    • SMIPL reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
    • Any attempt to manipulate of tamper with the contest results in automatic disqualification.
    • Providing false and incomplete information
    • Being a minor and not having a valid passport and travel documents.
  7. Travel Prize Inclusions:
    • The company will cover travel expenses, including airfare and accommodation as per itinerary.
    • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the trip will be provided by the company.
    • Any other expenses need to be borne by the individual.
  8. General Terms and Conditions:
    • Participant must ensure that the details mentioned in the form are correct.
    • The trip is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
    • The trip cannot be utilized later.
    • The company reserves the right to disqualify participants in violation of these terms and conditions.
    • Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the entries may result in automatic disqualification.
    • The company will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winner during the trip.
    • By participating in the Buy & Fly Contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The company's decision on all matters related to the contest, including winner selection, is final and binding.
    • Any health checks or vaccinations required to visit Milan must be completed by the customer.
    • Participants must provide documents required for obtaining visas, tickets, and other travel arrangements.
    • In case of unavoidable circumstances of cancellation, the company will bear travel and boarding expenses, excluding personal expenses.
    • In case of any rescheduling of the travel date, prior information will be sent to the customers.
    • The contest duration “offer period” may change and it is up to the company’s discretion.
    • Company will have discretion on travel location & date.
    • Company will have discretion on travel itinerary.
    • In case any participant is unavailable or unable to join trip on the said date, the invitation for Milan trip will be passed to next selected winner.
    • In case any participant is unavailable or unable to join trip on the said date, he/she will lose the opportunity and will not be entitled for any alternate compensation/winning benefit.
    • SMIPL will be making the video of entire Milan trip. Customers will also be featured in the Milan trip video which will be promoted on social platforms, in which participants will be interviewed & recorded.
    • Winner must abide by the law of foreign county’s rules and regulations. In case of any violation, SMIPL will not be responsible for the same.
    • The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if circumstances require, and participants will be notified of any change.
    • Any content (photos, videos, testimonials) shared by participants during or after the contest may be used by the company for promotional purposes, and participants grant the company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for such use. The participants also have the right to revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to the company. But the promotional material that consists of customer’s image/video posted online will not be taken down.
    • The participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel insurance, and the company will not be liable for any unforeseen incidents or accidents during the trip.
    • The participants must provide accurate and valid documents (passport, driving license, etc.) for verification, and failure to do so may result in disqualification.
    • The Participant agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations established by the Company for the Contest. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.
    • The Participant hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Participant's participation in the Contest.
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemic, epidemics or government restrictions that make travel impossible, the company reserves right to postpone or cancel the trip. No refund or compensation will be provided for entries or purchases made during for force majeure events with respect to this contest.
    • Medicals conditions that preclude travel will render an individual ineligible.
    • Failure to adhere to the established trip itinerary or company regulations will result in disqualifications.
    • This offer is not applicable for Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry as per the Tamil Nadu prize Schemes (Regulations)Act, 1979 & Pondicherry Prize schemes (Regulation, Supervision & control) Act, 1998.

By participating in the contest, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the stated conditions may result in disqualification from the contest.
