This VStromWanderlustDiaries Contest ( hereinafter referred to as the “ Contest”) being held by Suzuki
Motorcycle India Private Limited through Suzuki India’s official Instagram / Facebook page.
The contest period will begin on 2nd Sept 2023 at time 6:00, and will end on at time 2nd Nov 2023,6:00 PM.
Only those entries, which are received within the Contest Period, will be considered eligible.
Participants need to follow the instructions of the contest given at the social media handles
Winners will be selected at random from the participants who have followed the rules and have shared
their Image. The selection of the winners will be completely based on the discretion of Suzuki
Motorcycle India Private Limited and any decision in this regard, by Suzuki Motorcycle India Private
Limited shall be final and binding on all the Participants and Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited
will not entertain any further correspondence in this regard.
The winner will receive some gratification from Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited. Prizes shall
neither be transferable nor exchangeable for cash or otherwise. No other person or agent can claim the
Prize on behalf of any Participant. To claim the prize, winners must share their details within 7 days
of the winner announcement.
The contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of India and have reached the age of majority
i.e 18 years of age (supported by valid and authentic age proof public document). Employees, Agents, and
representatives of SMIPL and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the
contest.
To Participate in the Contest , the Participants must follow these steps :
User will need to click & upload scenic pictures with their Vstrom in outdoor locations & upload on social media.
It is mandatory to submit their entry via social media post, tagging suzuki2wheelers along with hashtag # # VStromWanderlustDiaries & #SuzukiIndia.
Ensure that the social media post is set to 'public' so that it is visible to the organizers.
Any entry or Participant violating the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
The winners will be selected based on the number of likes on their respective contest entry posts. The
post with the highest number of likes and shall be determined as:
1st Winner: 2-night & 3-day trip to Rann Utsav (Including Flight) for 2 persons OR 2-night & 3-day trip to Alleppey (Including Flight) for 2 persons.
2nd Winner: 2-night & 3-day trip to Kashmir (Without Flight) for 2 persons OR 2-night & 3-day trip to Alleppey (Without Flight) for 2 persons.
3rd Winner: Camping kit + Accessories/apparel.
For prize redemption for winners receiving flight-inclusive trips, prize details and travel arrangements will be communicated by the organizers. Winners must provide necessary details for flight bookings and adhere to the travel dates provided. For winners of non-flight trips and the camping kit + accessories/apparel, further instructions for prize collection will be provided.
Winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram will be required to share their full name, mobile
number, email ID and address with Id proof and Winner of Post with maximum likes will be declared as a
winner.
Travel location may differ at the time of booking and will be informed to customer with prior notice in
advance.
The Participants agree and undertake that their entries shall not in any way be obscene, vulgar,
disrespectful, or defamatory in any manner nor shall be in infringement or in violation of any
intellectual property rights of third parties and/or applicable laws.
The Contest can be modified, suspended, terminated or any of the terms and conditions of the Contest can
be changed at any time at Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd discretion without prior notice.
Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited reserves the right to change/ modify terms and conditions and/
or criteria of the contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without
assigning any reason.
Winner will be announced on [ Between 6th Nov,2023 to 17th Nov, 2023 on SMIPL’s official social media handles.
By participating in the contest, participants grant SMIPL a nonexclusive ,worldwide royalty free license
to use their submitted photos or personal identifiable information for promotional purposes, including
but not limited to SMIPL’s website social media channels , and other marketing materials and to share on
their website social media channels or other marketing materials with their explicit free will and
consent.
Participants confirm that they own their rights to the submitted photos and have obtained all necessary
permissions from any recognizable individuals in the photos.
Participants agree to release SMIPL and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all
liabilities arising out of or in connection with their participation in the contest or acceptance of the
prize.
All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for purpose of administering
the contest and will be handled in accordance with SMIPL privacy policy.
By participating in the SMIPL photo contest, participants agree to comply with these terms and
conditions in their entirety.
The Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable tax, including Gift Tax, Associated with the
Prize. SMIPL shall not be liable for any such taxes thus deducted.
In the event of tie, winner will be determined by contest Organizers at their sole discretion.
